ABSTRACT
The present work discourses on recruitment on-line, approaching on the changes in the paper of the companies as well as, in the work market in front of the use of the Internet in the process of recruitment and selection, pointing out its advantages and disadvantages. Developed through a reading revision, where different opinions of authors on the boarded subject had been collected, it was possible to verify in general way that at the same time. Where the technology determines great jumps of productivity its demands a change in the profile of formation of the worker that it needs to be apt to deal with process more complex and to place itself as a person who plays an active role in the productive process. The study allowed concluding that the technology influenced RH services, in special recruitment on-line that involves the communication of vacancies through internet/ intranet, beyond the use of technologies taking off resumes, to keep updated the data base and efficient in the search for specific characteristics, the feedback online as well the modern forms of evaluation. The advantages and disadvantages of this form of recruitment are shown.
