ESTUDO DA APLICABILIDADE DE UM SISTEMA DE GESTÃO AMBIENTAL EM UMA RECAUCHUTADORA
Resumo
Este trabalho tem como foco a aplicabilidade de um Sistema de Gestão Ambiental em uma média empresa do setor de recauchutagem e tem por objetivo responder a seguinte questão: como manter as atividades comerciais e o crescimento da empresa sem ignorar as questões ambientais confrontando os limites da natureza e sem comprometer as gerações futuras? Quanto ao método, foram realizadas visitas
técnicas a uma empresa e as informações foram obtidas através de entrevista com o gerente de produção responsável. Também foram feitas observações e levantamento bibliográfico utilizando-se de livros, artigos, revista, jornais, dissertações e internet. A recauchutagem de pneus pode causar grandes impactos ambientais se não houver um gerenciamento adequado dos processos que envolvem a atividade. De maneira geral, as questões ambientais na empresa estudada, encontram-se na sua maioria não adequadas ao que um sistema de gestão ambiental propõe. Neste contexto, a adoção de um SGA levará à realização de alguns investimentos, de maneira gradativa, considerando as ações que forem mais pertinentes ou mesmo aquelas que podem ou que gerem ônus mais facilmente. Desta forma, se aplicado um SGA, a empresa terá considerável impacto comercial, adquirindo assim, maior poder de concorrência, maior qualidade de produto, minimização de passivos ambientais, reduções de questões trabalhistas, dentre outros.
Abstract:
This work has as focus the applicability of a System of Environmental Management in an average company of the retreading sector and has for objective to answer the following question: how to keep questions in the company meet front to the required one for a SGA, also considering investments and commercial impacts? About the method, technical visits had been made to a company and the information was obtained through interview with the production manager. Also observation was made and bibliographical survey using books, articles, magazines, periodicals, dissertations and internet. The retreading of tires can cause great environmental impacts if it will not have an adequate management of the processes that involve the activity. In general ways, the environmental questions in the studied company, meets in its majority not adjusted to that a system of ambient management considers. In this context, the adoption of a SGA will take the accomplishment of some investments, in gradual ways, considering the actions that will be more pertinent or even those that can or that they generate expenses more easily. This way, if applied a SGA, the company will have considerable commercial impact, thus acquiring, greater to be able of competition, bigger quality of product, decreasing of ambient liabilities, reductions of working questions amongst others.
