FORMAS DE ENSINAR ADMINISTRAÇÃO: TROCANDO A ROUPA

Resumo

Discussão contextualizada sobre a importância dos procedimentos andragógicos (educação de adultos) para o ensino de Administração em Instituições de Ensino Superior. O artigo utiliza a analogia com uma história do escritor Hans Christian Andersen – A Roupa Nova do Rei – de forma a demonstrar o perigo do conformismo aos ditames de qualquer tipo de regras impostas que não permitam exceções. É dividido em uma contextualização do tema, que explana sinteticamente a história que dá corpo ao título; em informações básicas sobre o ensino de Administração no Brasil, centrando-se em posições de autoridades da área, expressas no XIV Enangrad, de 2003; na utilização efetiva da andragogia como forma de educação de adultos, o que permite, segundo a visão dos autores, passar de espectador para criador de conhecimentos e finalizando com conclusão sobre a discussão apresentada.

Abstract

FORMS TO TEACH ADMINISTRATION: CHANGING THE CLOTHES

Quarrel contextualized on the importance of the andragogic procedures (education of adults) for the education of Administration in Institutions of Superior Education. The article uses the analogy with a history of the writer Hans Christian Andersen - the New Clothes of the King - of form to demonstrate to the danger it conformism to the ditames of any type of imposed rules that do not allow exceptions. It is divided in a contextualization of the subject, that explain the syntetic of the history that gives body to the heading; in basic information on the education of Administration in Brazil, centering itself in position of authorities of the area, express in XIV Enangrad, of 2003; in the use it accomplishes of the andragogy as form of education of adults, what it allows, according to vision of the authors, to pass of spectator for creator of knowledge and finishing with conclusion on the presented quarrel.
