REFLEXÕES SOBRE A IMPORTÂNCIA DA PSICOLOGIA NA ORGANIZAÇÃO

Resumo

Este estudo propõe uma reflexão sobre uma nova forma de administrar os recursos humanos. Existe, hoje, a necessidade de se buscar constante melhoria no ambiente de trabalho que está sofrendo os reflexos de um mundo mais competitivo e estressante. Esta nova visão administrativa pode orientar-se pela psicologia aplicada em uma estrutura organizacional. Este é um instrumento que visa diagnosticar e propor soluções aos problemas na estrutura organizacional, fazendo uso de estratégias para assim executar mudanças no ambiente com êxito. Para o desenvolvimento deste foi desenvolvido uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Concluiu-se que a psicologia organizacional é, de fato, um instrumento de relevância para o bom andamento dos trabalhos nas organizações.

This study proposes a reflection about new form administer the human resources. It exists, today, the need to look for constant improves in the work environment that is suffering the reflexes of a more competitive world and stress-full. It is new administrative vision it can be guided by the psychology applied in a structure organizational. This is an instrument that seeks to diagnose and to propose solutions to the problems in the structure organizational, making use of strategies for like this to execute changes in the envinment with success. For the development of this a bibliographical research was developed. It was ended that the psychology organizational is, in fact, an instrument of relevance for the good course of the works in the organizations.
