GERENCIAMENTO DE BANCO DE DADOS
Resumo
No ambiente empresarial observam-se inúmeros dados importantes e indispensáveis para o desenvolvimento da empresa. Esses dados, coletados, devem ser bem organizados e estruturados de forma que o acesso a eles seja rápido e eficaz. Para auxiliar na organização de informações, os bancos de dados foram atualizados e adequados de acordo com as necessidades da organização. Os bancos de dados são registros armazenados em arquivos independentes, que são acessados e utilizados com maior flexibilidade. Dessa forma, o objetivo da pesquisa é mostrar a importância do banco de dados em um ambiente empresarial, bem como, apresentar seu respectivo conceito e ferramentas. A metodologia utilizada foi exploratória, tendo como principal foco o aprimoramento de idéias. A pesquisa também foi baseada em pesquisa bibliográfica, usando como principais fontes os livros e artigos. Como resultado, observa-se que as empresas utilizam desses bancos de dados para permanecerem no mercado competitivo, e também, para estarem sempre atualizados. Portanto, o gerenciamento de dados organiza os dados de uma organização, deixando, dessa forma, dados bem estruturados, de fácil acesso e com um desenvolvimento eficaz.
ABSTRACT
In the business environment, there are many importants data and indispensables for development of the company. The data collected should be well organized and structured so that the access is fast and efficient. To assist in organizing information, the databases were updated and appropriate for the needs of the organization. Databases are the records stored in independent files that are accessed and used with greater flexibility. Thus, the objective of the research is to show the importance of the database in a business environment, and present their concept and tools. The methodology was exploratory, with the primary focus of the improvement ideas. The research was based on literature search, using as main sources the books and articles. As a result, we found that these companies use the database to remain competitive in the market and also for always being updated. Therefore, management of data organizes the data of an organization, thus leaving data well structured, easily accessible and with a successful development.
