BARREIRAS NA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO

Resumo

Este artigo trata sobre as barreiras comuns encontradas ao longo da implantação de um sistema de informação, que causam uma série de transtornos sentidos imediatamente, ou até mesmo no decorrer das atividades empresariais. As barreiras citadas, exceto as barreiras dos sistemas legados, decorrem sobre a importância da comunicação e seus dinamizadores, os colaboradores da empresa, tanto operacional como gerencial. A estrutura da comunicação é apresentada junto aos comentários sobre sua importância, destacando sua função na unificação cultural das empresas. Após decorrer sobre sistemas de informações e citar barreiras encontradas nos processos de implantação tecnológica, o presente estudo sugere a necessidade de um planejamento antecipado para a futura implantação, onde se compreendem além dos itens tecnológicos,
os fatores humanos, processos e procedimentos, visando a finalização do empreendimento com sucesso.



ABSTRACT

This article discusses the common barriers found over the deployment of an information system, causing a number of disorders senses immediately, or even in the course of business activities. The barriers cited, but the barriers of legacy systems, flow on the importance of communication and its drivers, employees of the company, both operational and managerial. The structure of the communication is displayed next to comment on its significance, highlighting its role in the cultural unification of business. After running on information systems and cite barriers encountered in the processes of technology deployment, this study suggests the need for an early planning for future deployment, where in addition to the items include technology, human factors, processes and procedures, aimed at finalizing the venture successful.
