GENERAL CAPACITY OF LEARNING: A PRACTICAL ANALYSIS IN AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF MARINGÃ, PR
This article intent´s to demonstrate, the general learning capacity levels, known as CGA for future reference. The CGA ranges by the age of the academics, when the are beg lining the college. Information’s from a Graduate Administration Institution of Maringá City, Paraná. With a brief context, the authors try to demonstrate that the professional life context the authors try to demonstrate that the professional life experience, also called experience in the development pf the activities, has to be known and respected by the professors who with students. Fallowing the Andragogy principles (adults educations). This survey makes possible a real studies development of adult’s education, in a first impression, preparing the Graduate Institution for a complete Administration Academics survey. The authors show the results of a set of questions applied to four college students. With those information’s, they will present the conclusions for the totality of academics.
