O PERFIL PROFISSIONAL SOLICITADO E OS SALÃRIOS E BENEFÃCIOS OFERECIDOS PELAS EMPRESAS MARINGAENSES NA CONTRATAÇÃO DE CARGOS ADMINISTRATIVOS MÉDIOS

Resumo

Este artigo objetivou discutir qual perfil profissional tem sido solicitado e os salários e benefícios oferecidos pelas empresas maringaenses na contratação
de cargos administrativos médios. Para tanto, foi realizada uma breve retrospectiva histórica e avaliados os reflexos da globalização no mundo do trabalho. Foi realizada também coleta de dados (pesquisa descritiva) em duas agências de empregos de Maringá, uma pública e outra privada. A referida pesquisa pôde identificar que a empregabilidade está associada a alguns aspectos com relação ao novo perfil do trabalhador na atualidade. Concluiu-se que têm sido solicitados, tanto aspectos técnicos como: escolaridade, experiência no atendimento ao cliente e informática, quanto aspectos comportamentais como: facilidade de negociação, agilidade, liderança e boa fluência verbal, dentre outras. Apesar das exigências
para o trabalhador ocupar uma vaga haver aumentado, também foi possível concluir que o nível salarial médio ainda é baixo, como também é reduzido o número de benefícios oferecidos.

Abstract

THE REQUESTED PROFILE AND THE WAGES AND BENEFITS OFFERED FOR MARINGÃ COMPANIES IN THE ACT OF CONTRACT OF AVERAGE ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

This article objectified to argues which professional profile has been requested and the wages and benefits offered for the Maringá companies in the act of contract of average administrative positions. For in, such a way brief historical retrospect was carried through and evaluated the consequences of globalization on the employment world. It was carried through collects (descriptive research) in two employment agencies of Maringá, a public and another private. The related research could identify that the employability is associated to some aspects regard to the new profile of the worked ones in the present time. It was concluded that have been requested, as many aspects as: scholarship, experience in the attendance to the costumer and informatics knowledge, how much mannering aspects as: easiness of negotiation, agility, leadership and good verbal fluency, amongst others. Although the requirements worked it to occupy a vacant to have increased, also were possible to conclude that the average wage level still is low, as well as the number of offered benefits is reduced.
